Abstract
Primary cranial Ewing’s sarcoma is extremely rare. We present a case of primary Ewing9s sarcoma of the skull in a neonate that involved the anterior fontanelle and was very aggressive in nature. Even with radical surgery, the patient had early recurrence within 2 months of surgery and ultimately died. Detailed radiological and pathological findings are described.
